Your Role: International Operations Coordinator
You’ll be the key point of contact for monitoring international shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Track and trace international shipments from pickup to delivery
✅ Manage customer service inquiries via phone and email
✅ Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) reviews and missing reports
✅ Collaborate with global agents and US stations for shipment updates
✅ Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
✅ Escalate urgent issues to management when needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma or GED (required)
✔ 2-3+ years of customer service, logistics, or operations experience
✔ Strong Excel skills (data management, reporting)
✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal)
✔ Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
✔ Freight forwarding knowledge (a plus, but not required)
